Elektra Apartments for Sale

The latest stage of the Elektra nine-story residential building close to Puławska Street in Piaseczno near Warsaw has come on the market. Elektra will offer 600 two-, three- and four-room apartments, all with recessed or regular balconies, some also with a terrace. The completion of segment A1 is planned for the first quarter of 2009. The investor and contractor is Multi Hekk Nieruchomości.

The estate, whose developer specializes in projects in Piaseczno, is not far from the Fashion House outlet and the Auchan shopping center, with a Leroy Merlin home improvement store and Imola go-kart center close by.
