Our apartment is a recently renovated (finished 12/2006) nicely 2 room place in themain street of Centre, street Stefan Cel Mare (see map). The accommodation islocated at the 1st floor at the back side of the building, so no noise from street.Buses stop right in front of the building and there is parking possibility isbehind in yard,a secured parking is at 200m.
The flat is 50m2 large, offers a spacious bedroom with a freestanding double bed (160x200cm), a make-up area and a cupboard,a cosy open space living area with integrated halland a open link to the kitchen.The sofa is possible to use as double bed, so 4 persons can sleep if necessary.A writing table gives the possibility for laptop use/working.The double entrance door offers and isolation and security.The main entrance doors are with a code.Following equipment/comfort is present:Air conditioning in living room*, electrical heating*,a 54cm screen satellite TV with DVD / VCR player, a music radio-CD-cassetteinstallation, a phone with Internet connection possibility via modem*, a wash/dry combination, a hairdryer, an iron with iron board, a drying support for clothes,all bath and bed linen, an electrical water kettle, a toaster,all plates, glasses,all kitchen necessities,
Internet Club at 50m from apartmentThe bathroom has large sink, shower and toilet. The kitchen is not too big butfunctional, has gas cooking, electric oven, fridge, electric water kettle, black marble table for 4.
Living and bedroom have halogen spots with dimmer. Kitchen hashalogen lights and working table light.

All charges and taxes are included for daily day rent

For longer rental: electricity, gas, heating and telephone are to be added.
Cleaning apartment / fresh towels and linen every 4th day (for daily rent only).

We will pick you up at airport or reimburse taxi if we are not available (for daily rent only if minimum stay is 7 days and full price paid

e can preview a starting package of food-drinks-bathroom necessities(20Euro for daily rent only).
