Our apartment is 60m2 large, central located in a quiet yard and offers:
* a normal bedroom with a freestanding double bed (200x200cm) with anti-allergic matresses and pillows and a 3m large cupboard,
* a small but cosy study/second bedroom (a modern sofa used as bed,free laying space 160x200cm, best 1 person, possible 2),
* a cosy open space living area with integrated hall and full equipped kitchen.
* a nice sized comfortable bathroomA writing table gives the possibility for laptop use/writing or make-up.

The double entrance door offers and isolation and security. The main entrance door is with a code and the staircase has lights withmovement detectors.

Following equipment/comfort is present:
*a phone with Internet connection possibility via modem* (Internet Club at 50m from apartment)
*a 72cm 100Hz screen satellite (astra-hotbird-sirius) TV with DVD player,
*a little home cinema installation with dvd/radio/karaoke,
*a digital clock with radio and alarm function,
*a washing/drying machine,
*an iron with iron board,
*a drying support for clothes,
*all bath bed kitchen linen provided,
*a safe,
*a hairdryer,
*all kitchen necessities: a toaster, plates, glasses ...

The bathroom has a large sink, a shower cabin with basic 6 sprinkler/2 headsdouche system and a toilet.
A large mirror and 5 spots give a very spacious effect.
An electrical boiler always provides hot water for bathroom and kichen. The kitchen is functional, has gas cooking with hotte, electric oven,large fridge with separate freezer, microwave with grill function.
Dining area with a glass table 70x130cm. Living and bedrooms have halogen lights. Kitchen and bathroom have halogen spots.

We offer you to stay with us on daily bases for * *
11-21 days : 50euro/day *
4-10 days : 55euro/day *
2-3 days : 65eur0/day *
1 day : 70euro/day *

departure before 12.00
arrival after 16.00

between 15/12 and 15/01: +5euro/day
All charges and taxes are included for daily day rent
* except use of air co / electrical heating + 5euro/day
* except international and cell phone calls / Internet connection.
Cleaning apartment / fresh towels and bed linen every 4-5th day (for daily rent only).
Parking possibility in yard around building.
We will pick you up at airport or reimburse taxi if we are not available (for daily rentonly if minimum stay is 4 days and full price paid).
