We have added some additional notes as there was many questions about it at the reception and prioror the booking:
* Air Conditioner at the main areas (reception, hallway)
* Double Glazed Windows
* Mosquitoes Nets on all windows: there are no mosquitoes at the hotel
* Switch Off on any central heating radiators in your room if it is too hot
* Very thick walls ( more then 1 meter thick ) this makes the rooms not too hot in Summer even when it is +30 C and not cold in the rooms with minus 30 C
* the rooms which are having the windows in the bathroom also have a warm floors so in case if it is too cold in the bathroom especially in winter you can switch the floors to warm up the floor
* there is no any disco club which is really close to the hotel but there is one about 15 min walk
* the hotel situated on the first floor so there is no need to use a lift
* the hotel is situated very centrally so during the celebrations like 1th and 9th of May there is a fireworks which you can watch just opposite the building.
* Each room takes the area in the range of 12.5 sm - 17 sm.
