Diamond Apartments are located on a hill, overlooking the city, the marina and the port (Scala Nuova). There is approx. 10 minutes walking distance to the centre of Kuşadası. Traffic noise is limited due to the buildings between Diamond and the circular road
The compound with its 61 apartments in 2 blocks, swimming pool with a water fall, children’s playground, barbeque area and shops is surrounded by a stone wall. Caretaker, gardener and security will have their own quarters inside the compound. There is one 6-person elevator in each block, back-up generator for elevators, water pumps and external lights.
