A residential building (No.4), constructed along with a resort complex of 4 buildings in which it is situated. On the ground floors of it are set shops for manufactured goods and food, a restaurant with billiards club and some offices. The residents of the housing building can use all the favors and entertainment places of the resort complex owned by the Seller, that is an indoor swimming pool, multifunctional hall with 250-300 seats, disco club, three restaurants, two outdoor water-attractive complexes (one of which is aqua-park), three SPA centers, mini conferential halls, business-centers, Internet clubs, cosmetic and medical centers, sport complex with 6 playgrounds and a sport center, amphitheatre, bowling and many other amusement places and outfits.
Except the Black Sea , the Resort Complex is situated between two rivers and borders by the East part of the Balkan mountains, that is wide and low(about 400 m) in this place, afforested with broad-leaved trees such as oaks, hornbeams and beech-trees. This gives an excellent opportunity for hunting tourism that is one more entertainment possibility. Eco-paths and safari routs are planned to be developed.
