Introduction to the Area & the Resort
Marina View Fort Beach is part of Fort Noks Grand resort located on the beach between Elenite and Sunny beach in a place called Robinson. It is adjoined by Panorama Fort Beach separated only by a shopping street but ALL facilities are shared and available to all owners.
Both of the resorts opened jointly in July 2006 offering all year round ultra modern living. The resorts combined are located right on the beach and offer facilities second to none in the area.
The gardens and walk ways are well lit and beautifully landscaped and maintained to a very high standard.

THE TERRACE / BALCONY
THIS IS WITHOUT DOUBT ONE OF THE BEST PARTS OF THE APARTMENT GIVING FANTASTIC SEA VIEWS DAY OR NIGHT OF THE BAY OF NESSEBAR. THE TERRACE IS OVER 7.50metres LONG SPANNING THE FULL WIDTH OF THE APARTMENT !!
Directly below the terrace there is a small swimming pool in a “shell shape”.
To the right is one of the 4 main pools at Marina View in the shape of a “fish”
The terrace / balcony faces South / West so it receives the afternoon & evening sun. The sunset views are also spectacular.
