Object, description of the area
The property in Lulla has wonderful views over the surrounding area. It lies on an open and downy hillside 12 air km south from Lake Balaton. The town called Tab (a small regional centre) is app. 4 km away from the property, where also thermal water was found. According to the EU classification, Lulla favourably belongs to the „disadvantaged” areas and is therefore exceptionally supported.

Infrastructure
It is an intensively developing area, according to plans the road matching Lulla with Lake Balaton will be asphalted in 2008-2009. Via this road the ramp of the M7 motorway will be in app. 8 km and Budapest in app. 130 km.
International airports: Fly Balaton (Sármellék) is app. 90 km and Budapest is (at present) 150 km away.
