This very nice large house is situated in a small village approx. 10 kms from the town of Sopot and 15 kms from Karlovo.
The house is in very good condition requiring some renovation work and modernisation, including fitting a bathroom and kitchen.
The house comprises of 2 floors plus an attic area:
1st floor - entrance and corridor, a room with a smaller room off, another room which could be the kitchen, a larder area and internal steps to the second floor. This floor is the main area of the house requiring renovation work.

It has been partly paved and has a lovely pathway to the bottom of the garden, with archway covered in lovely grape vines. There are also some fruit trees including cherry, a large pear tree, apple, fig and peach. More grapevines are in front of and to the side of the house. The whole garden is surrounded by a large stone wall making the whole property very private.
The village is only small but is in a picturesque area. It has a couple of shops and a bar, also a bus service into Sopot and Karlovo. A 10 minute walk to the south of the village will bring you to the beautiful Stryama river which is perfect for picnics in the summer months. Also close by are 2 small dams and walkways into the Sredna Gora hills. The area is excellent for mounatin biking.
