This two-storey stone house, which is disposed at the beginning of a small village, was built in 1970. The property consists of a two-storey house, which provides 220sq.m of living area and a garden of 900sq.m.

The village itself is a small and quiet one, about 50 friendly people live there. It offers local shops, café and regular bus transport.
The area is appropriate for rural tourism, mountaineering, fishing, picnics, etc. The nearest town is 10km away from the village. The road, which leads to the future border post with Greece is 5km away. The border post itself will be 30 km away and the coast about 70 km away. The ski resort of Pamporovo is at a distance of 130km and the sea resort of Sunny Beach is about 300km away.
