We have been fortunate to secure another super value semi-detached stone house with a sea view from the same developer as Jas101 http://tinyurl.com/2fg5a2 . At the moment it is waiting to be rebuilt, but the price includes the rebuilding. The house is in a small village only 1600m from the sea at Lovrecica. It will have two bedrooms and two bathrooms. In the living room will be a traditional fireplace. As with Jasenovica the house will be beautifully finished in traditional Istrian style. The house will be air conditioned. There are some really great restaurants only 3mins drive away and a pizzeria within walking distance.
