The quite flat pebble beach and the crystal clear water are ideal conditions for untroubled bathing fun with the whole family.
The region is a perfect starting point for excursions. Famous spots to visit are the Croatian harbour cities Zadar, Biograd, Sibenik and Split as well as the Croatian National Parks with the Krka-waterfalls, the grotto of Postoijna, the Plitwitzer lakes and the Velebit mountains. Skippers will definitely enjoy boat-excursions alongside the Adriatic coast to several secluded bays and fishing villages. Very impressing is also if you drive through the canyon of the Zrmanja-river, the location for many Winnetou-movies.
